Custom Party Planning Services

We offer personalized event planning to help bring your vision to life. Our services are priced to reflect the quality and attention to detail that goes into creating an unforgettable experience.

Pricing Breakdown:

• Hourly Rate: $30 per hour

• Minimum Booking: 10 hours

  • This ensures that we have ample time to fully customize and coordinate every aspect of your event.

• Setup Fee: A flat $100 for the first 2 hours of event setup. This covers the time spent preparing the venue and making sure everything is in place before the event begins.

 

Example Pricing:

For a typical event, the total cost would look like this:

• 10 hours of planning at $30/hour: $300

• 2-hour setup fee: $100

Total = $400 (for 10 hours of planning and 2 hours of setup)

Please note: Additional hours of planning beyond the initial 10 hours will be charged at $30 per hour. Estimation of hours is further discussed in planning briefing.
